Q: Are you licensed to operate in Texas?
A: Yes, we hold all necessary licenses to operate here in Texas. Each driver in our company holds a professional license, as well.

Q: What if I forgot something on board one of your limos?
A: Our drivers cannot be held responsible for your belongings, so we kindly ask that you take everything with you when you exit the vehicle. If we do find something you've left behind, we'll hold it in our lost and found for two weeks before donating it to charity.

Q: How can we make a reservation?
A: You can easily make a reservation by calling us. Our friendly customer service agents will be happy to help you select a time and vehicle for your event. We recommend reserving a vehicle at least two weeks prior to your event; however, we do often accommodate last minute appointments if we have availability.

Q: What should we bring with us to make our ride more enjoyable?
A: Bring your iPod or CDs with you, as well as any beverages you may want to consume. We provide bottled water and glassware. Guests under 21 may bring non-alcoholic beverages only.

Q: Is smoking allowed on board your vehicles?
A: We ask that you refrain from smoking while on board. We'll be glad to make rest stops if you need them.
